Our ServSafe Food Safety Manager Training meets the requirements of the US Department of Health.In addition, for food safety licensing, managers must understand food safety and the critical importance of their role. Who is it for:
It is a mandatory requirement of the Health Department, that in an establishment where food is handled, in any of its processing stages, until it reaches the consumer’s hands, that there is at least one (or more than one person) present per shift Certified in Safe Food Handling for Managers. The Certified person must, supervise and correct the personnel in charge constantly, therefore the Food Management course for Manager (Food Manager), enables the employee to manage an establishment of food products, being this person responsible for it before the Health Department authorities.
