Our ServSafe Food Safety Managers training meets the USA Department of Health requirements for food safety licensing. Managers need to know food safety and the critical importance of its role and how to share food safety knowledge with every employee. This course will cover all aspects of safely managing the flow of food in a practical, applicable manner. Already certified but need to re-new your license? We offer Re-Certification examinations that will allow you to reapply for your license.


Fulfill state requirements to be a Certified Food Manager (CFM) in USA with ServSafe. Learn how to train employees in food sanitation, foodborne illness, and more. Choose from several online, classroom and language options. This will be a 90-question, multiple-choice accredited exam. Passing score is 75 percent or higher.
